What type of information would you really really like to receive on ENCORE?

Do you have any access needs (food requirements, accessibility need, etc.)? If you're vegetarian/vegan/lactose intolerant/halal/... If you have specific food allergies, this is the place to let us know.

On ENCORE we apply a vegetarian diet, with one option to eat meat on monday evening. Please let us know, whether it's okay for you to have a full vegetarian project, you would like to have the meat option, or if you're not there on monday. If you have medical reasons to not eat a vegetarian diet, please let us know in the text box above.

Is there anything we can do or need to put in place in order to make sure you can fully participate to the training?

On our trainings we apply a mixed-room policy (which means room allocation is not based on gender). We will do our best to accommodate any specific requirements you have but to do so we need to know in advance. Is there anything else we should keep in mind or you would like to let us know?

We will take pictures during this activity, please let us know if you agree. The pictures might be used by JINT on various communication channels. If you do not agree, the pictures where you are visible will be deleted after the project.
