On the on-arrival training (30 May - 4 June 2023) you’ll find the answers! You'll learn about the framework of being a volunteer in Belgium and reflect on your learning needs for your own project. Register below to make sure you have a spot on this training.

We require a minimum of 2 full weeks in Belgium to take part in this training. The on-arrival training is for European youngsters that have arrived before 16 May in Belgium. If you arrive later than this dat in Belgium, you are very welcome on our ENCORE for You(th) project from 23 to 27 June and/or on our next on-arrival training in October (9 - 14).

This on-arrival training is obligatory for all ESC volunteers coming to Belgium for more than 2 months.

This training is happening residential. If there is another volunteer in your host organisation, that still requires training as well, you'll join together on this training.

Registrations close on 16 May. Once you are registered you'll receive an e-mail with more practical details about the training.

On our trainings we apply a mixed-room policy (which means room allocation is not based on gender). We will do our best to accommodate any specific requirements you have but to do so we need to know in advance. Is there anything else we should keep in mind or you would like to let us know?
